Printing Services provides project planning and management, graphic design assistance, production coordination and print buying services in accordance with the Printing Policy.
Policy:
Printing related and printing purchases are regulated by Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 16 and the state constitution, and are more restrictive than other purchases, since all purchasing must be accompanied by a competitive bid regardless of dollar amount. The definition of printing includes color, black and white photocopying services, as well as the traditional printing processes. All requests for printing should be directed to Printing Services.
