Grants and Contracts Accounting (GCA) performs the fiscal administration of federal and non-federal grants, contracts and gifts.  This includes monitoring grant/contract budgets, checking expenditures for compliance to University and Federal regulations, requesting payments from sponsors and preparing financial reports.
