Fox World Travel Highlights and Overview of Contract
- Travelport service fee for online booking is $7 plus a $2 airline surcharge.
- Fee if traveler makes any contact with agent increases to $18.
- Traveler may be reimbursed the $18 with a justification however adding frequent flyer numbers, requesting they email another itinerary or seat assignments aren't justifiable.
- The traveler is responsible to include frequent flyer miles and seat preferences when creating their profile
- Travel can access their itinerary on Travelport so no need to have Fox World email another one

PLEASE NOTE: Currently there seems to be a glitch in Travelport's system causing AirTran flights not to show for some destinations. They're working to correct this problem.
In the mean time, to be sure to see AirTran fligths, go to the 'Preferred airline' link on the Travelport booking site and add AirTran.
