Coaches Information and Reminders

Women's Teams:
Winona State, St. Mary's & UW-Stout

Men's Teams:
St. Mary's, UW-La Crosse (partial), UW-Eau Claire (partial), UW-Stout

Entry Fee:
There is NO ENTRY FEE FOR THIS MEET. We are happy to have you in for a nice low-key meet to get the season going.

Entries:
Unlimited entries. We are NOT limiting the number of entries per event in this meet. Entries are due: Tuesday, January 15th by Noon. You may email or fax the form.

Entry Form:
Please use the entry form supplied and duplicate as needed. If you have an athlete in question please enter them. We will allow scratches, but not additions at the meet.

Entry Times:
We are asking everyone to be honest with entry times. We want the correct heats to be placed together to be fair to all participants.

Heat Sheets:
We will attempt to get heet sheets posted on the Stout Track Homepage by Thursday @2:00pm. www.uwstout.edu/athletics Please check the heet sheets for any mistakes. We will make corrections anytime before or up through Thursday night, but not on the day of the meet. Final heet sheets will be posted Friday morning as soon as possible so you can have them before you leave your school. Final results should be posted on the web approximately 30-60 minutes of the conclusion of the meet.

Track:
SuperX Mondo Surface. 1/4" spikes may be worn for all events (track AND field). We have 6 lanes all the way around (200m), and 8 sprint/hurdle lanes on the straight.

Timing:
Finish Lynx fully automatic timing system will be used. Ties will be broken to the 1000th of a second if necessary. We will also attempt to have a USATF Certified Official running every event if possible.

Scoring:
We will not team score this meet, but will have full individual results for every event.

Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot put and Weight throw
We will be giving all competitors 3 initial attempts in the LJ, TJ, Shot, & Wt. Throw. The top 9 marks will advance to the finals for 3 more attempts.

Pole Vault and High Jump
Opening heights will be determined after we receive entry information.
Estimate in Men's vault is approximately 3.93 M (12'10.75") raised by 15 cm.
Estimate in Men's high jump is approximately 1.73 M (5' 8") raised by 5 cm.
Estimate in Women's vault is approximately 2.41 M (7' 10.75) raised by 15cm.
Estimate in Women's high jump is approximately 1.36 M (4' 5.5) raised by 5 cm.
