| Method of Communication | Agenda and minutes are published for each meeting. The committee recorder prepares and distributes the agenda in advance of meetings and records and distributes meeting minutes. Agendas and minutes are sent by e-mail to all Business Managers, the Vice Chancellor, and the ASLS Directors.
