STOUT ATHLETES
SHINE ON THE FIELD, IN CLASSROOM

The women’s basketball team won the WIAC crown and advanced to the NCAA Division III Sweet 16 game for the second consecutive year.
UW-Stout was led by first team All-American center Kelsey Duoss, who led the WIAC in scoring, averaging 19.0 points.
On the gridiron, defensive back Joe Seep earned first team All-American honors and was the regional defensive back of the year. Seep set a school record in punt returns, averaging 16.0 yards.
Place kicker Evan Larsen was a third team All-American. Larsen led the WIAC in field goal accuracy and is second on the Stout all-time scoring list.
Gymnast Rhian Paulson wrapped up her career with an All-American performance in the all-around and on the floor exercise. Paulson holds four of the five individual apparatus school records.
Shortstop Seth Maier was All-Region for the third time, finishing with a .385 batting average.
Seven-foot basketball center Jacob Nonemacher was an All-Region selection leading the Stout men to their first ever NCAA Division III playoff berth.
Freshman defenseman Jack Wolgemuth was named to the Division III All-USHOC west region rookie team as hockey advanced deeper into the NCHA playoffs than ever before.
On the track, Derek Gonzenbach defended his WIAC indoor 400-meter title and advanced to the NCAA Division III indoor and outdoor championships. Ryan Kawski earned All-America honors in the discus by placing sixth outdoors.
The women’s cross country team earned USTFCCA all-academic honors, and Bridgette Crozier was named to the individual academic team.
Soccer midfielder Heidi Schultz was an All-Region player and academic All-American. Gymnast Shanna Kissinger earned her way to the NCGA all-academic team, and softball pitcher Megan Donley was recognized as the WIACscholar-athlete.
