Financial Aid

More than 77 percent of UW-Stout students receive financial aid including grants, loans and scholarships and/or on-campus employment. The average amount awarded to students receiving aid was $9,847 for 2011–12. 

To be considered for financial assistance, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov

We strongly encourage you to apply for financial aid by March 15. Be sure to list UW-Stout’s financial aid code (003915) on the application.
