Mid October 2016 and ongoing upon acceptance  After acceptance set up your UW-Stout email account. You will automatically receive a housing packet in the mail. Follow the online process to sign your contract and pay your $125 housing pre-payment fee to hold your residence hall space.

January 9, 2017  Portfolio due for all Design BFA programs.

February 2017  Financial Aid award letters posted to Access Stout.

February 15, 2017  Priority deadline for FAFSA to be eligible for financial need-based scholarships through the Stout Foundation Scholarship Application.

March 2017  Receive Registration Day information.

March 2017  Receive Housing room preferences, roommate questionnaire and University Dining Plan selection information from University Housing.

March 15, 2017  Priority deadline for FAFSA. Meet this deadline to ensure aid is ready in the fall!

June 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2017  First Year Registration and Orientation

June 20, 21, 22 and 23, 2017  First Year Registration and Orientation

June 2017   Receive roommate information, residence hall assignment, and move-in guide from University Housing.

June 2017  Sign the Fee Payment Agreement (directions here).

June 2017  Be sure to request final high school transcripts showing graduation date and college/university transcripts be sent to UW-Stout Admissions Office.

July 2017  Online parking permit registration begins.

July 30, 2017  Final high school transcripts must be received by Office of Admissions.

August 2017  Logon to Access Stout for Fall 2017 billing information.

August 2017 Receive move-in instructions from University Housing.

August 2017 Sign Master Promissory Notes (MPN) and Perkins Loan Promissory Notes online prior to beginning classes (Access Stout).

September 3, 2017   Move in to residence hall.

September 6, 2017  Classes begin!
