Communication of Curriculum Changes

Communication of curriculum change places information in the hands of individuals who influence and participate in related decisions and of those who are expected to implement decisions.

In general, there are four groups of materials connected with curriculum changes. These are:

  • The agendas for the various curriculum approval committees
  • The minutes showing committee actions
  • The approval statements, signed by the Provost and Chancellor, authorizing implementation of the committee actions
  • The curriculum record, the university's official record of curriculum actions.
