Secretary: The secretary will prepare minutes of each meeting and distribute them to the Council prior to the next meeting.  The secretary will establish an official file of minutes and place policy statements in appropriate documents for information and retrieval.

Members: Each member is responsible for studying the agenda, being knowledgeable about the issues, and knowing the importance and impact of the issue to his/her unit.
