The vice chancellor serves as UW-Stout's chief business officer, overseeing the university's budget, advising the chancellor on financial management, and working with faculty, staff, students, and community members to accomplish university initiatives. The vice chancellor also leads the units of the Administrative and Student Life Services division: Business and Financial Services, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Physical Plant, Student Life Services, internal audit, and sustainability coordination.

Sherri oversees the office accounts, manages the division personnel budget, and reviews division funding requests. She also coordinates division committees, maintains budget transfers, and manages special projects funds, access to learning funds, and carryover budget funds.

Jenn serves as the office manager, maintaining the vice chancellor’s calendar, providing oversight for division personnel tracking, and helping manage the division planning process. In addition, Jenn develops division reports, such as the focused initiatives and weekly reports to the chancellor.

Tom writes administrative procedures, press releases, and the ASLS division newsletter, as well as other written materials.  He leads the ASLS webmaster group and is a member of the UW-Stout Policy Committee and UW-Stout Web Oversight Committee. He also coordinates division recognition events.

Sarah tracks and participates in all the sustainability efforts on campus. She chairs UW-Stout's Environmental Sustainability Steering Committee (ESSC) and Waste Reduction Work Group and is a member of the Sustainable Dunn Steering Committee, UW-Stout's Sustainability Across the Curriculum Network, and UW-Stout's Strategic Planning Group.

Dave audits internal processes, controls, and systems and identifies opportunities for improvement, as well as insures that the university is in compliance with related laws and regulations.
