The campus-wide safety award program recognizes individuals who demonstrate outstanding safe work practices.

The Safety and Workers Compensation Committee urges your support of this prestigious award to acknowledge and promote safe work behavior and practices on our campus.

Anyone from the university community may nominate any UW-Stout employee for outstanding safety performance. To do so, print and complete either the electronic Safety Recognition Award Nomination Form or the  printable Safety Recognition Award Nomination Form and submit it to John Lui, committee co-chair, on or before March 15, 2013.

Nominations will be reviewed by the Safety and Workers Compensation Committee.  Plaques will be awarded to the recipients by the chancellor at a reception in May.
