Organizational Assessment

A team of up to three UW-Stout consultants will spend one to three days at your organization conducting an assessment based on the Baldrige criteria: leadership; strategic planning; market, student and stakeholder focus; information and analysis; faculty and staff focus; process management; and performance results. The results of this assessment will help you focus your improvement efforts on areas needing the most attention.

A team from your organization can spend one or two days at UW-Stout meeting with our consultants, touring our campus, benchmarking, learning best practices and receiving guidance on your quality improvement initiatives.
