To apply for this scholarship, you must fill out the UW-Stout University Foundation scholarship application. Applications must be received by February 13th.

Instructions pertaining on how to fill out the application can be found in the application. Additionally, these steps should be taken:
- List the scholarship name in to the scholarships of special interest to you
- In the application essay section, discuss all special consideration items that you meet
