Priority Use

The following have priority in using Room 111:

Library Instruction Classes
Classes for Stout students on a one-time basis; no on-going commitments
Stout services to students (e.g. Registration)
Open Lab for students
Outside groups ONLY when not needed for above. It cannot be booked at busy times of the year, week, or days.

Guidelines

Reference Librarian should be present and assume responsibility for use of the teaching station. Other groups may go in and use the other stations, but not the teaching station.
Stout Community groups only
No loading of software
Library Instruction sessions have first priority
No ongoing scheduling, (such as "every Tuesday at 3:00")
Requests can always be sent through Denise Madland - be sure to check schedule with Denise (or Cory Mitchell in the summer) before committing
No outside groups can schedule in September
